Why don’t the vast majority of people want and/or can’t treat themselves in the same way? FAIR way, do they try to treat others? While it would certainly help most of us to take the time and make a concerted effort to get checked out, from the neck up, few, ever. do! Only when we take this objective, introspective look, and consider ourselves, as we do others, is there any possibility of treating ourselves, well! After more than forty years of conducting close to a thousand self-help and personal growth/development seminars/programs, I firmly believe that each of us owes it to ourselves to do so. With that in mind, this article will attempt to briefly consider, examine, review and discuss, using the mnemonic approach, what this means and represents, and why it is important.

1. face the facts; find; better; fears; future; fruition: It is essential to face the facts, rather than try to lie/deceive yourself, if you want to become your true best friend and ally! Try to find what is best for you and your true priorities, needs, goals and perceptions! Address your fears and concerns proactively and avoid any tendency to procrastinate. Try to become the best, you can become, by accepting, only your best efforts, while rejecting, good enough! Evaluate options and alternatives with an open mind, in terms of immediate and intermediate needs and looking for the best course for you in the future! Once you do this, persist, until you see it through, to fruition!

2. Attitude; fitness; attention; behavior: Proceeding, with a positive can-do attitude (but not wearing rose-colored glasses), combined with a relevant, well-developed set of aptitudes and skills, helps you pay close attention, to proceed, with the finest, most intelligent actions. , etc.!

3. Integrity; improve; introspection; ideas; ideals: Unless, until you proceed with absolute integrity, especially when there may be some path of least resistance available, it will enhance your feelings about what is best for you personally! Give this, as much, review and introspect, as you would, on the most pressing issues and problems! If your personal ideas and ideals align, you will optimize your chances for inner happiness.

4. Realistic; important; sensitive; responsible; reasons: A realistic, relevant self-examination is the most receptive and responsible course, moving forward – personally! Learn about your personal reasons and whether they are as important to you as you expect.

You will never be as happy as you deserve unless/until you are, consistently, FAIR, To you! How important is your personal happiness, your self-satisfaction and your personal value to you?
