WWE Raw is still going strong!

WWE Raw is World Wrestling Entertainment’s premier cable television show. The show has been on cable TV for 15 years, making it one of the longest running cable TV shows today. It features some of the biggest and brightest wrestlers to become celebrities in their own right. Host a battle with former World Championship Wrestling on Turner Network. It also features superstars, divas, stories, crazy matches, and great entertainment for WWE fans.

WWE Raw began its legacy in 1993. It began as a show recorded at Madison Square Garden each week. It would feature top-tier wrestling superstars, including Undertaker, Shawn Michaels, Razor Ramon, Bret Hart, and the British Bulldog. The team of color commentators who called up the bouts included Jerry “the King” Lawler and current WWE President Vince McMahon. Of course, as the show progressed, Vince eventually entered the show, their stories, and more matches. And as the show progressed, various wrestlers became superstars. The best examples include the likes of Hunter Hearst Helmsley (Triple H), Rocky “The Rock” Maivia, and Stone Cold Steve Austin.

WWE Raw held their 15-year show in December 2007. The show featured highlights from the last 15 years of Raw, and even some of its legendary superstars and divas made appearances. Stone Cold Steve Austin appeared at the end of the show in a very appropriate segment. He toasted President Vince McMahon with a beer in the ring, then handed him a “Stone Cold Stunner,” knocking Vince to the mat. WWE Raw continues to hit hard every week. The excitement of Monday Night Raw lives on!
